The car was in lovely condition, it was bought to use as everyday car to work. However the car is now sold at low price because wheel bolts jammed and threads stripped (which is located on 2 driver side wheels) during last wheels change last week. The car was then taken to Mercedes garage and they required new bolts for all wheels and flanges for the two driver sides wheel to repair the damage. The amount estimated from Mercedes is 720 pounds and I simply can not afford and therefore considered a sell. I assume the amount can reduce significantly as they charged me 170 pounds for 1.5hours work to take off 3 jammed bolts on 2 driver side wheels. The car is now only fitted with 2 bolts only on each wheel and will be at buyer’s own risk if collect and drive back. Please ask if any question.
